Transcript: How To Identify A Solution To A Problem In Your Organisation

In your organisation, when you have to come up with a solution to a problem or you need to plan for the future, how do you facilitate this? A really good way of doing it in the modern business world is the four C’s: clarity, course, challenge and cooperation.

Really spending the time to be clear about what you’re doing, looking at the course you’re going to take, looking at the challenges that will get in the way or things that will affect it and then looking at all the people that you need to cooperate with to get that. I’ve used this with organisations, and it has really help them come up with a solution to a problem or develop an idea or to plan for the future.
